About the Role:Ā Ā
Come join our dynamic In-Home Therapy program as a full-time Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Counselor! Work on a team with aĀ Master'sĀ Level Clinician serving at risk youth up to the age of 21 years old and their families. Services can be provided in the home, school, or community to respond directly to the family and youthāsĀ individualĀ needs in their own environment toĀ expediteĀ wellness and recovery with a strength-based model.Ā
Ā
While theĀ MasterāsĀ level clinician provides intensive family therapy, you will teach coping, parenting, communication, and other skills to the youth, siblings, guardians, and other natural supports as well as connecting the family to the community resources they need to help manage the youthās behaviors and create a supportiveĀ and stableĀ home environment for all. As a team, you will also coordinate care with outpatient therapists, psychiatrists, schools, DCF, and medical providers to ensure effective and progressive care.Ā

Essential Responsibilities:Ā
Ā
- AssistĀ the clinician in implementing therapeuticĀ objectivesĀ of the treatment planĀ
- Teach the youth to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotionalĀ responsesĀ
- AssistĀ the family to address the youthās emotional and mental health needsĀ
- Provide phone contact and consultationĀ as part of the interventionsĀ
- Complete documentation of all meetings and contactsĀ
- Attend weekly staff/department meetings and supervisionĀ

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families requiredĀ
- A valid Massachusetts driverās licenseĀ
- Daily access to a working, registered and insured vehicle (in your name)Ā
- Excellent in both written and verbal communicationsĀ
- Ability to independently plan and organize oneās own schedule and activitiesĀ
- Strong time management skills and organization skillsĀ
- Bilingual applicants encouragedĀ
- Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentationĀ
- Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentationĀ
