Job Details: Job Location: ADMNHQ - LUBBOCK, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service and to promote customer service efforts throughout the organization. Works directly with customers to increase satisfaction, loyalty and retention.Job Responsibilities: Improve customer service experience Create engaged customers to facilitate organic growth Develop loyalty and retention of customers Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Respond to customer issues in a timely manner Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis Develop service procedures, policies and standards Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Analyze customer relations data statistics and share reports throughout the organization Provide insight into industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement Develop expert level knowledge of Sonny’s Controls and serve as support for on-site team members All other marketing responsibilities as assignedQualifications / Skills:Passion for communications and customer serviceStrong project management skillsTop-notch oral and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of communication practices and techniquesProven experience managing customer service dataDetail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskWorking knowledge of customer service software, databases and toolsStrong technology skillsEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred1-3 years experience with in similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Mac (Pages & Numbers)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:  Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift:  Day shift Evening shift Weekly day range:  Monday to Friday Work setting:  In-person Experience:  Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In personQualifications:
