Key Responsibilities Observe and assist team members across multiple departments including Retail Banking, Lending, Operations, Compliance, Accounting, and Human Resources. Support daily operational tasks and departmental projects. Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to gain a broader understanding of bank functions. Assist with research, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned. Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with customers and staff. Complete a final internship reflection or presentation summarizing the experience and key learnings.
