Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent for our Luray office. You’ll help your Shenandoah Valley neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods. Your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

 Your Earning Potential: No Ceiling

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.

What We’re Looking For

• Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities licenses. Not licensed yet? No problem. We provide and pay for your licensing training materials and class.

• A goal-oriented, driven-to-succeed mindset
• Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required
