Direct end-to-end project lifecycles for major telecommunications deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Spearhead the design and optimization of FTTX/FTTH networks, focusing on GPON, XGS-PON, ODN, and passive outside-plant components.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including fiber route strategies, splice configurations, network schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Oversee large-scale infrastructure rollouts, managing significant capital budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Apply strategic decision-making and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation.
Utilize industry-standard project management software to track progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
Master's Degree will be an Added Advantage
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a telecom operator, ISP, technology company or large enterprise.
Proven experience managing telecommunications or technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience in FTTX/FTTH network design, including GPON/XGS-PON, ODN and passive outside-plant infrastructure.
Experience developing fibre route plans, splice plans, network designs and BOMs.
Strong technical knowledge of GPON, XGS-PON, IP/MPLS, DWDM, SD-WAN, core networking, OSP and ISP infrastructure.
Experience managing large-scale network infrastructure projects and significant CapEx budgets.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent project collaboration tools.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of French or local market languages is an advantage.
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL or telecom-specific certifications are strong advantages.
