Looking for a hands-on healthcare role where you can make a difference for patients while gaining valuable experience in a surgical environment?

Join our team as an OR Aide and play an important role in supporting patients and the operating room team throughout the surgical day. You鈥檒l help keep patient care areas prepared, assist with patient needs, support efficient room turnover, and make sure our clinical teams have the supplies and environment they need to provide exceptional care.

What You鈥檒l Do

  • Support the operating room team in providing safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
  • Prepare pre-op bays and patient care areas for the day and reset them as needed.
  • Clean, disinfect, and prepare stretchers, chairs, equipment, and other patient care items between uses.
  • Assist with operating room turnover between surgical cases.
  • Assist with patient movement, positioning, and preparation as directed by the clinical team.
  • Restock linens, supplies, and other materials to ensure patient care areas remain ready throughout the day.
  • Unpack, organize, and replenish clinical supplies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and team members.
  • Protect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with nurses, surgical staff, and other members of the care team.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and help create a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Participate in required training, education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation Range for this position:

$16.06 - $24.09

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
