QUALIFICATIONS:

High school degree conferred

At least 18 years old

Be of outstanding Christian character and witness

A clean National Criminal record

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Encore teachers assume responsibility for a class of students when the lead teacher leaves for the day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Continuation of classroom activities and expectations in cooperation with lead teachers
Planning, preparation and supervision of group activities
Care and maintenance of classroom equipment/supplies including; clean-up and securing of material/equipment at the end of the work day
Appropriated communication to lead teacher, parents or director
Assist with child care for occasional night time events
Provide appropriate communication for parents
Documenting minor injuries
Location of student throughout the afternoon
Documenting when parent picks up their child
