Local manufacturer of low volume custom transformers is in need of a highly skilled, dynamic manufacturing engineer for a small manufacturing shop. Any candidate should be highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to build a strong team while helping the company to develop per the owners’ vision.
Candidates should display but not limited to the following:

Requirements:
- Work closely with the engineering team and in the shop
- Design and build fixtures to improve production and efficiency
- Upgrade current equipment
- Maintain facilities including but not limited to electrical and plumbing
- Specify and source new needed equipment
- Supervise all vendors work in the facility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable degree
- 2+ years manufacturing shop experience
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Wages are negotiable with experience.
