Maintenance & General Operations Assistant

Are you the person who fixes things before anyone asks? 315 LLC is hiring a hands-on maintenance and operations assistant to keep our office and properties running smoothly. This is not a desk job, and no two days are the same. You'll work on repairs, help with renovation projects, and learn to run our laser engraving machine.

What You'll Do

• Handle general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, painting, drywall, doors, and fixtures
• Assist with office renovations, construction, and property improvements
• Help maintain our office and properties
• Learn to operate our laser engraving machine for custom projects
• Coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed
• Pick up materials and supplies, and keep tools and work areas in order
• Track your projects and keep us updated on progress, including photos by text or email

• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or similar hands-on trades
• Mechanical aptitude and a knack for figuring things out
• Ability to work independently and manage your own day
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic technology (texting, email, taking photos)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (pickup truck)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and do physical work

• $19–$20/hour, based on experience
• Full-time, steady work (on-call for property emergencies)
