Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project engineeringand management (project oversight, setting priorities, and developingobjectives, project financial management, hands-on involvement in design process)
  
• Serve as a technical resource to mechanicaland plumbing team members
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Lead business development activities:
  

• Proposal preparation
  
• Project interviews/presentations
  
• Client management
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Represent the firm at industry events,professional associations, and community activities
  
• Participate in professional societies
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical orarchitectural engineering
  
• 7+ years of experience of designexperience in the design and specification of HVAC systems for a variety ofbuilding types
  
• PE License in Wisconsin
  
• PE License in other Midwest statespreferred
  
• Experience leading/mentoring staffpreferred
  
• Commissioning experience preferred
  

Salary iscommensurate with experience.
