We operate residential and other correctional programs throughout Wisconsin that provide case management, counseling and treatment groups, vocational training and high-risk client monitoring and supervision. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a residential treatment facility. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client success, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and ensure smooth facility operations. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals in the criminal justice system. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment  Supervise staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage while minimizing overtime  Monitor client activity, behavior, and compliance with program expectations  Collaborate with treatment team members to support client progress and interventions  Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in required systems  Maintain facility compliance with state, local, and federal regulations  Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and operational needs  Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff under the guidance of the Assistant Residential Program Director.
