About the Role:

The Treatment Coordinator Ortho plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between patients and orthodontic care providers by facilitating clear communication and ensuring a seamless treatment journey. This position is responsible for educating patients about their orthodontic treatment options, financial plans, and scheduling, thereby enhancing patient understanding and satisfaction. The coordinator acts as a liaison between the clinical team and patients, managing treatment plans and follow-ups to optimize patient outcomes. By maintaining detailed records and coordinating insurance and payment processes, the role supports the financial health of the practice. Ultimately, the Treatment Coordinator Ortho ensures that patients receive timely, personalized care while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the orthodontic practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office, particularly in a patient coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of orthodontic terminology, treatment processes, and insurance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and clinical staff.
