HVAC Residential Journeyman

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Journeyman with Apartment Experience to join our team at Harker Heating & Cooling, Inc. As an HVAC Journeyman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in apartment buildings. Your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients and their tenants. You will work closely with our team of technicians and project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Journeyman HVAC license
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience working in apartment buildings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Experience with electrical systems

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in apartment buildings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Skills:

As an HVAC Journeyman with Apartment Experience, you will utilize your technical expertise to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in apartment buildings. You will use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and electrical systems will be beneficial in this position. You will work closely with our team of technicians and project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
