This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours of 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}The Relief Account Manager serves as a flexible member of the sales team and is responsible for covering established routes during employee vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs. Unlike a traditional route position, the Relief Account Manager may work in different territories and support multiple Account Managers as business needs require.The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with retail customers while ensuring excellent execution of CBC sales and merchandising standards.Primary Responsibilities Follow CBC's established structured sales process. Support sales growth, distribution, merchandising, and customer service within assigned accounts. Maintain and expand distribution of brands and packages in all assigned accounts. Execute and maintain displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional programs. Ensure product quality and freshness in all assigned accounts, including both package and draft products. Inspect draft faucets, tapping equipment, and service tags to ensure draft systems are properly maintained and serviced. Execute and follow up on all chain account activities at the store level. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and account build-to quantities. Minimize out-of-stock situations and provide timely communication when inventory issues arise. Deliver out-of-stock products to accounts when necessary. Manage and maintain all Price-to-Consumer (PTC) materials. Install, maintain, and update permanent and paper Point of Connection Materials (POCM). Accomplish monthly objectives and performance goals as outlined in CBC Point Sheets. Ensure current shelf space is maintained and protected. Complete all required Go Spot Check surveys and reporting requirements. Maintain daily call frequency standards and route schedules. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, managers, and decision-makers. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Previous sales, merchandising, beverage, or retail experience preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work in retail, warehouse, and outdoor environments as needed.Requirements Reliable transportation. Must maintain automobile insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory daily.Â
