We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Team Leader to lead our telesales team and generate qualified leads for construction projects, residential properties, and real estate developments. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, communication, and sales-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage the Tele Sales / Telecalling team.
Set daily, weekly and monthly sales and calling targets.
Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate property enquiries.
Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities and offers to customers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits and sales appointments.
Monitor team performance, call quality, lead follow-up and conversion.
Train team members on sales scripts, objection handling and customer communication.
Maintain proper follow-up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Update leads and customer details in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits, negotiations and booking follow-ups.
Track KPIs such as calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
Prepare daily and monthly telesales performance reports.
Resolve customer queries and improve team productivity.

Requirements

Strong experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.

Experience in leading and managing a telesales team.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of real estate and property sales.

Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and close appointments.

Target-oriented approach with strong sales motivation.

Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Strong leadership, coaching and team-management skills.

Good coordination with field sales and marketing teams.

Preferred Experience

2–6 years of experience in:

Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Tele Sales Executive will be preferred.
