Server Assistant

Job Details: Job Location: 22602 Hegar Rd - Hockley, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary:Houston Oaks is excited to welcome a passionate individual to our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our Membership while nurturing a supportive and inclusive environment rooted in integrity, community, and harmony.  Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth and efficient service to our members and guests by assisting servers and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. Table Service: Assist servers in setting up tables for service, including setting silverware, glassware, and linens. Refill water glasses and remove empty plates and glassware throughout the dining service. Deliver food and beverages to tables as directed by servers. Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt and attentive service. Bussing and Cleaning: Bus tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished dining. Transport bus tubs to the dishwashing area. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room and service areas Assist servers with tasks as needed, such as refilling condiment stations and assisting with special requests. Communicate any guest concerns or issues to the server or manager. Any other duties, as assigned.Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Ability to carry heavy plates, trays and racks. A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
