Nexteel Saha, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Swamper to join our OCTG manufacturing team in Crosby, Texas.

This position plays a critical role in supporting yard operations, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist with loading and unloading trucks

✅ Organize and stage pipe and materials in the yard

✅ Support forklift operators and crane operators during material movements

✅ Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the yard

✅ Assist with inventory counts and material identification

✅ Secure loads and prepare materials for shipment

✅ Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

✅ Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

✔ Previous industrial, construction, pipe yard, or manufacturing experience preferred

✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift

✔ Strong work ethic and reliability

✔ Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving materials

✔ Forklift experience is a plus but not required
