Job Details: Job Location: 22602 Hegar Rd - Hockley, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Your responsibilities for creating a positive first impression for our members and their guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•    Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. •    Greet and welcome guests with a warm and sincere smile, creating a positive first impression.•    Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering guest preferences and table availability.•    Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally and courteously.•    Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding delays.•    Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.•    Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area. •    Monitor the flow of guests and ensure efficient table turnover.•    Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table assignments and service.•    Assist with table setup and preparation as needed. •    Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns.•    Build rapport with members and their guests.•    Thank members and their guests for their patronage and invite them to return.•    Provide information about the club’s amenities and services.•    Maintain accurate records of reservation and guest information.•    Prepare and organize menus and other promotional materials.•    Assist with special events and private dining arrangements, as needed.•    Any other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications:•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.•    Ability to carry heavy plates, trays and racks.•    A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.•    May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.Working Conditions:•    You will be working in a restaurant environment, which can be fast-paced, noisy, and busy.•    You may experience variable noise levels.Physical Requirements:•    Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.•    Operate various types of tools.Physical Functions: The physical demands and characteristics of the work environment are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
