Woodhouse Day Spa – The Vintage is seeking an enthusiastic Spa Concierge to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands that luxury is in the details and takes pride in making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.
Manage appointments, reservations, check-ins, and checkouts accurately.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with service recommendations.
Educate guests on spa services, enhancements, packages, and gift cards.
Support retail sales and help guests select products that complement their spa experience.
Coordinate with spa professionals and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming spa.
Process payments and transactions accurately.
Assist with booking follow-ups, rebooking guests, and supporting spa promotions.
Uphold Woodhouse standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For
