Job Summary
Summary:聽
Performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance functions, while providing field leadership, ensuring quality assurance, supporting training efforts, and managing escalations.
聽
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:聽
o 聽 聽Assists in making decisions on all normal and complex repairs; reports major problems to the facilities supervisors and Team Leads.聽
o 聽 聽Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment.聽
- Knowledge of Electrical Code and Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Conduit Bending and Installation: Shaping and installing conduits to protect wiring and comply with codes
- Electrical Testing and Measurement: Using instruments like multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters to ensure system integrity
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- 聽Reads, comprehends, and transmits detailed instructions verbally and in writing.聽
- Reviews work of outside vendors and licensed maintenance workers; makes punch lists.聽
- Reports on and repairs discrepancies as assigned.聽
- Analyzes and corrects complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.聽
- Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections.聽
- Makes recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems.聽
- Serves as a member of facility emergency response team.聽
- Performs other duties as assigned.聽

Qualifications:聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Two years of experience with electrical work in the specialized trade.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of Electrical Code and Safety Standards is strongly preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Electrical trade school preferred but not required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry experience not required but is preferred
