Shift:Days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

  • The Maitland Office Plaza houses our highly skilled teams that support our hospital system including Marketing, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Management, the Credit Union and Human Resources.聽

The role you鈥檒l contribute:聽

The Professional Development (PD) Associate supports the work of the NPD department. The role includes coordination, clerical support, and communication with various key stakeholders for department related processes.聽

The value you鈥檒l bring to the team:

  • Coordinates and supports all professional development and/or clinical program logistics, to include but not limited to: Learning Management System (LMS) set up, course enrollment, space planning, catering requirements, technology set-up, materials support, completion tracking, program evaluation(s), CEU support and vendor processing.
  • Designs and oversees administrative tasks related to learning management systems: reports, tracking compliance, communicating deficiencies, tracking class completion to ensure efficient and effective processes to enhance the provider and/or learner effectiveness and compliance.
  • Aggregates and screens facilitator/registration/report information referring the professional development practitioner to specific points of concern as needed.
  • Suggests technology resources or processes that can enhance provider and/or learner effectiveness and streamline compliance reporting.
  • Coordinates orientation and onboarding: new hire calendars, emails to complete scheduling of all new hires, provides orientation resources as needed.
  • Actively manages analysis of data through development of formulas, simple statistics, graphs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develops tools to support NPD process: i.e. surveys, QR codes


The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

  • Associate in business, health sciences, adult Learning, education, or Human Resources related field or two (2) years of relevant experience in the medical field
  • Team player and demonstrates ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented and excellent planning/organization skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft forms
  • Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Health Administration, Adult Learning/Education, or a Human Resources related field.
