Quality Control Inspector (3rd Shift)

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Implement andsupport various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of

 manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes

• Complete IncomingQuality Checks and record results

• Work withspecifications and controlled documentation to perform the

   identifiedinspections for manufacturing, assembly, and packaging and

   recordresults

• Communicateissues/failures with the line supervisors and

   QualityAssurance Manager

• Review and approvebatch records, line clearance, and 1st quality

  checks/samples

• Release product andfinished goods

• Review and approve DHRdocumentation

• Assist the QualityManager with inspections of compliance to GMP

   regulationsand practices throughout the facility

• Monitor and providetraining to facility areas for GMP Compliance

• Serve as role modelfor GMP compliance

• Perform SIP audits,documentation control checks, specification control

   checks,equipment calibration checks

• Organize and maintainworking documents

• Troubleshoot rootcause analysis

• Provide addedcompliance support and monitoring

• Assist QA manager withadministrative support

• Train inspectors

• Travels to otherfacilities as needed

• Other duties as deemednecessary

Requirements

• Ability to deal withstaff and the Customer in a positive and successful

   manner

• Ability to demonstratehighly conscientious work performance

• Demonstrate workingknowledge of Word and Excel

• Demonstrate ability towork under pressure with accuracy and efficiency

• Demonstrate ability tobe part of multi-functional team

• Ability to evaluatequality control and quality assurance statistics

• Ability to planworkload and remain flexible if changes are required

  due to demands

• Must be detailoriented

• Must be willing towork overtime or off shift if necessary

• Must be able to read,write and speak fluent English

• While performing theduties of this job, the employee regularly works in a

  warehouse/manufacture setting.

• Must be able to standfor long periods of time

• Must be able to lift25-30 lbs

• Must be able to handlestrong odors
