About the Role

YPrime is seeking a Scale Licensing Coordinator to join our Localization & Scale Management team. In this role, you will support the procurement and management of eCOA licensing requirements, working closely with copyright holders, distributors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure licensing, translation, and approval activities are completed efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating across multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage licensing procurement activities from the study proposal stage through eCOA build approval.
  • Partner with copyright holders and third-party vendors to obtain pricing, translation availability, and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate contract review activities and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and COA distributors to ensure eCOA builds receive all required approvals.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with copyright holders to expand YPrime's library of approved eCOA instruments.
  • Maintain YPrime's internal knowledge base of COA licensing and distribution requirements.
  • Monitor licensing activities to ensure compliance with required processes and timelines.
  • Support additional Localization & Scale Management initiatives and operational activities as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, vendor management, or a related role.
  • Experience working with contracts, licensing, localization, translation services, or regulated documentation is a plus.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or a regulated industry preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
