Now Hiring: Feed Mill Operator (Full-Time)
Location: Hopkinton, IA

Do you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that helps support animal nutrition and production? Join PIPESTONE as a Feed Mill Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality feed while helping keep mill operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

✅ Grind and manufacture complete feed
✅ Load feed trucks and unload ingredient deliveries
✅ Refill micro tables and weigh hand-add ingredients
✅ Monitor grain quality and storage conditions
✅ Complete production paperwork accurately
✅ Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
✅ Support mill efficiency and daily operations
✅ Perform facility upkeep and other projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Feed, grain handling, manufacturing, or automation experience preferred
✔ General computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Outlook
✔ Experience with mill batching software is a plus
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed
• Standing and walking 8-10 hours per day
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and kneeling
