Job Details: Job Location: Legal Address - MANCHESTER, IA, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00, Good Neighbor Society Certified Nursing Assistant The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. CNAs work closely with nursing staff and other team members to ensure exceptional resident care and customer service.Available Shifts 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Shift Differential Available) 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Shift Differential Available)Weekend Rotation Every other weekend or every third weekend, depending on FTE status.What You'll Do Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Support residents with meals and hydration. Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
