Contribute to quality improvement efforts that help us provide exceptional care. Qualifications: Qualifications & SkillsWe're looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.Required Qualifications Current Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation. Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
