Corporate Attorney

Description

Devine Millimet, one of Northern New England’s largest business and litigation law firms, is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our Corporate Practice Group primarily located in Manchester, New Hampshire. This attorney will work with a busy and high-performing team of lawyers and other professionals to provide our business, non-profit and individual clients with practical, business-oriented representation in a wide range of business matters and transactions.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, who exercises sound business and legal judgment, and who has an ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Experience in transactional and M&A work is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Admission to the NH Bar
• 3-5+ years of legal experience
• Superior writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Transactional and M&A experience preferred
