POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist & Marketing Administrative Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees at the company's primary location. This position is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, coordinating administrative activities, and assisting with marketing and social media initiatives that promote the company's manufacturing capabilities and recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception and Customer Service

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the primary receptionist for the facility, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and support facility security requirements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist employees, customers, vendors, and government representatives with inquiries.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Social Media Administration

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, schedule, and publish approved content on company social media platforms.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor social media channels and forward inquiries to appropriate personnel.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collect photos, project highlights, employee news, and company achievements for marketing use.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with website updates and content management.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track and report basic social media engagement metrics.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure all social media content aligns with company branding, customer confidentiality requirements, and government contracting guidelines.

Administrative Support

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide administrative support to management and department personnel.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with meeting logistics.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Order and manage office supplies and related inventory.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support record retention and document control activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with employee internal communications and company events.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate interoffice communication between the company's two locations.

Marketing Support

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with implementation of company marketing initiatives and branding efforts.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Update and maintain marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate trade show registrations, materials, and logistics.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support outreach campaigns and business development activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in preparation of capability statements and marketing collateral for government and commercial customers.

Professional Conduct: Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for creating a professional, safe, and clean environment evidenced by: being at work on time to perform assigned duties, following the policies of Granite State Manufacturing, always wearing safety glasses in designated areas, maintaining a neat and orderly work area, and following safety practices to prevent errors.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by establishing effective relationships and networks with both managers/directors and staff, collaborating with them to accomplish shared purposes and goals.

Ethics and Compliance: Abides by GSM Code of Ethics and Business Conduct standards and strictly observes all U.S. and foreign laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 2 years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience using social media platforms for business purposes.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational and time management abilities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with website content management systems.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with marketing, graphic design, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
