New Hampshire Job Corps is seeking a proactive Senior Safety & Security Advisor to join our team in Manchester. In this vital role, you will work alongside our security team to maintain a safe, supportive living and working environment for students and staff. If you are an analytical problem-solver who takes pride in campus safety and mentorship, we want to hear from you! What You Will Do Maintain Campus Safety: Assist the Safety & Security Department in keeping the center secure, managing visitor control, and ensuring complete student accountability. Investigate & Analyze: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents to find resolutions and reduce future occurrences. Ensure Compliance: Keep the center fully compliant with OSHA, Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps, and company safety and health directives. Lead Training Initiatives: Plan, document, and conduct center-wide safety and accident prevention training for staff and students. Inspect & Assess: Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to proactively identify and eliminate security hazards. Mentor Future Leaders: Positively influence student behavior by modeling Career Success Standards, showing respect, and holding students accountable. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in military, law enforcement, or security operations. Valid in-state Driver’s License with a record meeting company insurability requirements. Exceptional communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving drive.
