Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Enterprise-level MarTech architecture and solution design.
Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
XDM Schemas, Data Modeling, Identity Resolution, and Unified Customer Profiles.
Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion.
Audience Segmentation, Activation, and Personalization.
Customer Journey Orchestration and Real-Time Decisioning.
Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
REST APIs, Data Governance, and Enterprise Integrations.
Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
