We're Titan Water Solutions, a locally owned, fast-growing water treatment company helping Tampa Bay homeowners get better water. We sell high-quality, commercial-grade whole-home water filtration and softening systems, and business is growing.

Now we need another great salesperson to help us keep up.

We're looking for someone who's confident on the phone, comfortable knocking on doors, and knows how to turn a conversation into a sale.

The best part? You won't have to find every customer yourself.

We'll provide you with inbound leads to close over the phone, plus your own territory around Apollo Beach to build your business through in-home sales, door-to-door prospecting, and referrals.

You bring the hustle. We'll bring the leads, the products, and the opportunity to earn.

Here's the Deal

We send you leads. You'll work company-provided inbound leads and close sales over the phone.
You own your territory. Build your own customer base around Apollo Beach through door knocking, networking, and in-home appointments.
You earn more when you bring in your own business. Self-generated sales pay higher commissions.
No commission ceiling. The more you sell, the more you earn.
We've got your back while you ramp up. You'll receive an $800/week recoverable draw against commissions for your first 90 days.

This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of job. We're looking for someone who wants to make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling inbound leads, following up, and closing deals
Getting out into your territory and meeting homeowners
Knocking on doors and finding new customers
Running in-home consultations and helping homeowners find the right water treatment solution
Building relationships, asking for referrals, and growing your pipeline
Keeping your leads and sales activity organized in our CRM
Hitting sales goals (and ideally blowing past them)
Delivering a great customer experience from the first conversation to the final handshake

A Few Must-Haves

Previous sales experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently close
Willingness to generate your own leads through door-to-door prospecting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using a CRM to manage leads and follow-ups
Based in or willing to relocate to the Tampa Bay area
High school diploma or GED
