Wellness and Recovery Sales Specialist

Origin Market @ Spooky Nook Sports is looking for an outgoing, results-driven Wellness & Recovery Sales Specialist to join our team on weekends. In this role, you will represent our line of health, supplement, and recovery products—including high-performance topical pain relief creams, dietary supplements, and athletic recovery essentials. Situated inside Spooky Nook Sports, you will have immediate access to a high-volume audience of competitive athletes, fitness members, powerlifters, and weekend tournament guests actively seeking recovery solutions. If you are a proactive communicator who thrives on engaging people, demonstrating innovative products, and maximizing your earning potential, this is an ideal opportunity to combine a guaranteed base wage with uncapped commission.

Hours: Variable weekend shifts (ranging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on tournament schedules)

Compensation: Base Hourly Pay + Commission (Percentage of Sales)

Essential Job Functions 

• Proactively engage tournament guests, athletes, and fitness members to introduce our health, supplement, and recovery solutions. 
• Educate customers on product features, key active ingredients, proper application, and athletic performance benefits. 
• Conduct quick, interactive product demonstrations (such as topical pain cream applications) and offer tailored product guidance based on individual needs. 
• Process sales accurately through our POS system and manage active inventory restocking on the sales floor. 
• Maintain an organized, vibrant, and visually inviting product display throughout high-traffic hours. 
• Consistently reach and exceed weekend sales targets during peak sports complex events. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles (a strong interest in fitness, nutrition, or athletic recovery is highly valued). 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, high-energy presence. 
• Quick learner with the ability to comfortably explain product benefits and answer customer questions. 
• Flexibility to work variable weekend shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) based on event and tournament schedules. 
• Drive to achieve performance-based goals and maximize overall compensation through sales commission. 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Involves standing for extended periods, walking the sales area, actively demonstrating products, and occasionally lifting product inventory/boxes (up to 25 lbs). 
• Noise Level: Can be moderate to loud in the surrounding sports complex during major weekend athletic events.
