As a Machine Operator, you'll work with advanced CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.Schedule:Friday - Sunday5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work just 3 days per week 36 hours worked, paid for 40 hoursWhat You'll Do: Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently Loading and unloading materials and parts Reading and following work instructions Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns Maintaining accurate production records Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members Contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environmentWhat We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
