Position Responsibilities: Â
Â
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and concerns about accounts receivable balances, billing, and payment optionsÂ
- Take payments over the phone securely and assist customers in understanding their payment optionsÂ
- Educate customers on the benefits of using self-service tools to manage their accounts independentlyÂ
- Provide clear and concise responses to customer concerns about open balances and billing discrepanciesÂ
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to customer accounts and ensure timely resolutionÂ
- Track and log customer interactions, payment processing, and resolutions in the company’s CRM systemÂ
- Must have proven advanced bilingual skills, both verbal and written in Spanish.

Required Education and Experience: Â

- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 1 to 2 plus years of related experienceÂ
