Position Responsibilities:Â
- Maintain image collateral and perform system administrative tasks to support the Web to Print platform by building and managing assets, programming, and template librariesÂ
- Sustain brand standards within the system while coordinating image runtime schedules and overseeing system monitoring and upkeepÂ
- Communicate regularly with the Web to Print vendor and administer user profiles to ensure smooth operationsÂ
- Train staff on applicable system use and report system metrics to leadership at predetermined intervalsÂ
- Manage the technical aspects of converting, troubleshooting, proofing, and optimizing artwork for hard copy outputÂ
- Create and complete electronic pre- and post-press production of graphic design materials, including signage and marketing collateralÂ
- Ensure all products delivered comply with ABC laws and company guidelines while handling customer service requests and managing workflow documentation and job trackingÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of related experience in Graphic Design or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experienceÂ
- Certificate in Computer Graphics or related fieldÂ
- Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat)Â
- Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.)Â
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
- Master’s DegreeÂ
- FTP managementÂ
- Experience in system configuration, HTML/XML, large format digital printing, and proficiency in ONYX HUB/ThriveÂ
