F&B Manager

A luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and hands-on F&B Manager to lead our department operations.

The F&B Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage servicestaff in dining facilities including Room Service, Pool Service, and anybanquet events as needed. They are responsible for ensuring the highest levelof service by overseeing all outlets and service staff during operating hours,while working in a clean and safe environment, and adhering to all departmentspolicies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manageday-to-day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, pools, roomservice, and banquets.
  
• Lead,train, and develop F&B teams to deliver outstanding service and upholdbrand standards.
  
• Driverevenue through menu development, promotions, and cost control (food, beverage,and labor).
  
• Monitorguest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly.
  
• Ensurecompliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  
• Collaboratewith the culinary team and other departments for seamless events and dailyoperations.
  
• Analyzeperformance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability andservice quality.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Restaurantmanagement or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of F&B management experience in aluxury resort or multi-outlet hotel.
  
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, andcustomer service skills.
  
• Proven track record in managing budgets,inventory, and high-volume operations.
  
• Excellent communication and team-buildingabilities.
  
• Flexible availability, including peak seasons,weekends, and holidays.
  
• Knowledge of the Florida Keys market andtropical/luxury dining is a plus.
