Job Details: Job Location: LynchVan Otterloo YMCA - Marblehead, MA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $29.00Hourly, Job Shift: Days, 🔧 NOW HIRING: Facilities Technician📍 Marblehead YMCA | YMCA of the North ShoreThe Marblehead YMCA is looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to help keep our facility safe, clean, and welcoming for our members and community!As part of the YMCA of the North Shore, you’ll support our mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility by helping maintain the facility and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.🛠️ What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Maintain outdoor grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep Assist with aquatics maintenance, including pool systems and water quality Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Conduct facility inspections to support safety and cleanliness Track inventory and order maintenance supplies Coordinate with vendors and contractors Partner with facility leadership to support daily operations 💙 Why Work at the Y?
