We've Got You Covered! No previous teaching experience? No problem! We provide paid training for qualified candidates, including: Training on the YMCA of the USA Swim Curriculum Shadowing and mentoring with experienced instructors Ongoing coaching and professional development A supportive team that's invested in your success What You'll Do As a Swim Instructor, you will: Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Lead engaging group and private lessons using the YMCA Swim Curriculum. Promote water safety while helping participants build confidence and achieve their goals. ⭐ Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
