Outbound Collections Specialist — Personal Injury

AICA Orthopedics treats personal injury patients across 21 Atlanta locations. Your job is to call attorney offices and insurance carriers, get case status updates, push accounts toward resolution, and document everything you did. Repeat. Every day.

No medical billing background required. Bring the collections drive — we'll teach you the PI side.

What the Day Looks Like

40+ manual outbound calls daily to PI attorney offices and insurance carriers
Track an active portfolio — know exactly where each account stands and what the next step is
Document every call, every contact, every commitment — documentation quality is measured
Follow up on non-responsive accounts — you keep calling until you get an answer
Identify settled cases and push to get payment processed
Escalate accounts at risk of missing collection windows

What We're Looking For

Required

Proven outbound collections experience — consumer debt, commercial collections, insurance collections, or similar
Comfortable making 40+ calls per day without a dialer — self-motivated, self-paced
Strong documentation discipline — every contact logged accurately, every time
Persistent and professional under non-response

Preferred

Medical collections, healthcare collections, or insurance AR experience
Familiarity with personal injury cases, medical liens, or attorney billing

Compensation

$20–$26/hr based on collections experience. Monthly bonus tied to call volume, documentation quality, and team collections performance.
