Iron City Implement is hiring a full-time Parts Counter Sales Associate for our Marietta NAPA Auto Parts store. We’re looking for someone dependable and customer-focused who enjoys solving problems and helping customers find the right parts.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Look up automotive parts, confirm fit and availability, and process orders.
• Provide friendly, accurate service to retail customers and professional repair shops.
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately.
• Assist with stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, and keeping the store organized.
• Work with teammates to keep daily store operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive or parts experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and comfort using computers and learning parts lookup systems.
• Dependability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to perform the active duties of the role, including standing, stocking, and moving parts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
