The housekeeper supervisor manages the performance of housekeeping staff. Actively involved in department activities and team activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed. Establish the schedule and plan daily work assignments. Trains and coaches’ employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning. Manages customer housekeeping problems. Inspects and approves staff work performance. Demonstrate leadership skills and training to staff. Communicate effectively with staff. Meets goals of production. Develops and trains staff on policy.
