Your EverydayĀ 

Ensures a safe environment for patients and others by implementing infection control practices and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Ā 

Performs technical procedures safely and efficientlyĀ in accordance withĀ department protocols and legal requirements.Ā 

ActivelyĀ participatesĀ in performance improvement initiatives, quality improvement activities, and review/audit processes, while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.Ā 

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Ā 

Coordinates and delegates patient care activities effectively, whileĀ maintainingĀ clear and concise communication with interdisciplinary team members.Ā 

Collaborates with team members toĀ identifyĀ and implement actions to enhance patient care and education.Ā 

Demonstrates a positive attitude and exemplary customer service, addressing patient concerns or complaints through the service recovery process.Ā 

Engages inĀ ongoing professional development toĀ maintainĀ current nursing knowledge and skills,Ā participatingĀ in continuing education activities and professional organizations.Ā
