We offer year-round, consistent work and advancement opportunities, as we value individual achievement and development. As an HVAC Tune-Up Technician, you'll perform seasonal maintenance and system inspections that keep HVAC systems running efficiently and reliably, catching small problems before they turn into costly repairs. It's steady, in-demand work with a clear path to grow your skills over time.Key Responsibilities• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, testing, and calibrating equipment• Inspect, clean, and adjust components such as condensers, blowers, coils, and filters• Diagnose potential issues during tune-ups and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements• Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices, communicating clearly to build trust• Document work performed, system condition, and recommendations for each job• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, clean, working condition, following EPA and HVAC safety codes• Assist with emergency service calls or installations as neededWe Offer• Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses• 401(k) retirement with company match• Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off• Company events & parties• Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insuranceQualifications: Education• High school diploma or equivalent required• Completion of HVAC trade school or technical program preferredExperience• 1-2 years of HVAC experience in maintenance, service, or related roles• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practicesLicenses/Certifications• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE certification preferred• Valid driver's license with clean driving record requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete jobs efficientlyPhysical Demands and Conditions• Lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods• Work performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in confined spaces or at heightsWork Environment/Travel• Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial job sites• May require evening, weekend, or overtime shiftsAbility to pass background check and drug screening
