Job Details: Job Location: Marshalltown - Marshalltown, IA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Minimal, Job Category: Health Care, Bilingual Call Center AgentAt Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life.We have an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Call Center Agent on-site in our Marshalltown office.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities include: Answering telephone calls in a clear professional manner. Directing telephone calls accordingly. Making, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments. Gathering, verifying, and entering demographic information. Making outbound calls as needed. Maintaining patient records according to HIPAA guidelines. Effectively interacting with co-workers, physicians, and patients. Performing other duties as needed.Qualifications include: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Ability to demonstrate strong patient service skills. Ability to effectively enter information into a variety of computer programs. Ability to portray a professional attitude and appearance. Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast pace, high-call volume environment.
