Forward Bank in Marshfield seeks a detail-oriented individual for a full time Deposit Operations Processor position. The Deposit Operations Processor handles many day-to-day tasks related to customer deposit accounts, including ACH files, wire transfers, unposted transactions, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely processing and maintenance of customer records and files
- Balance and reconcile accounts to the general ledger
- Research and process daily unposted transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in a financial services or office administration role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems and take appropriate action
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Positive attitude with superior interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time well and adhere to strict deadlines
