Roach Energy is looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team!This is an entry-level office position ideal for someone with customer service experience who enjoys interacting with people, answering phones, and helping keep an office running smoothly. We’re looking for a positive, professional individual who is willing to learn and enjoys being part of a team.Previous customer service experience is required. Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.Knowledge of Cargas software is a bonus!Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate departments. Greet visitors and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office team. Sort and distribute mail and prepare invoices and statements for mailing. Maintain office supplies, postage, and filing systems. Assist with entering customer and delivery information. Help process customer payments and service requests. Provide backup support to the team. Perform other general office duties as assigned. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Previous customer service experience. Friendly, professional communication and telephone skills. Basic computer skills, including the ability to learn Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependability, punctuality, and good attendance. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.
