Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Martinsville VA - Martinsville, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $21.39 - $25.88Hourly, Job Shift: 1st Shift, YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOLThis role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.MV2 Pack 1st / Inventory Control Specialist / Indirect Level ExperiencedPrimary Function:Support the Snack Food operations through daily overseeing of inventory from one location (Wet or Pack) to the other location.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all work in a safe manner; remain constantly aware of continuous improvements(s) for safety-related opportunities. Verify all inventory transactions within your delegated department are accurate and completed in a timely manner by: Validating counts on materials going to and coming from the warehouse area Confirming the counts and transactions of items being produced on your respective lines. Report any major discrepancies in the inventory to your supervisor so that any issues may be taken care of quickly. Take an inventory of your respective area daily and match to the system. (Resolve errors where necessary). Review respective work orders at the end of shift to ensure accuracy of all items produced and materials used. Any other task or duties which may be assigned to you by your supervisor End of shift Scanner and Skidder meet to verify case quantity count.  Materials and Equipment: Calculator Work Environment: Stand on concrete Ambient temperatures Work alonePhysical Requirements: Hand/eye coordination Handling (holding, grasping) Seeing/depth perception Lift 50 lbs.
