Front Desk Patient Coordinator – Dental

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our dental team in Mary Esther, FL. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide a positive first impression

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the patient schedule

• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions

• Coordinate patient care and communicate treatment and financial information

• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account information

• Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed

• Help maintain a productive schedule by filling openings and minimizing cancellations

• Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams

• Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front-office experience preferred

• Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front-office processes

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with patients

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
