We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team in Mary Esther, FL. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, works well in a team environment, and enjoys helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

• Take dental X-rays as permitted by Florida regulations

• Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout treatment

• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards

• Accurately document patient information and treatment

• Support an efficient clinical schedule and smooth patient flow

• Work closely with the clinical and front-office teams to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment

• Applicable dental assisting certifications and expanded functions are a plus
