Pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked. About the Role We are looking for a dependable Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and finished products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process. You will work closely with production leaders and team members to follow assembly procedures, maintain a safe and organized work area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. What You'll Do Assembly & Production Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to specifications Read and follow work instructions and established procedures Ensure materials and equipment are available before beginning work Align, fit, and assemble parts accurately and efficiently Meet production goals and performance expectations Quality & Safety Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or process concerns Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Maintain tools and work areas according to established standards Team & Continuous Improvement Participate in continuous improvement activities Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals Maintain regular and reliable attendance Assist with other production-related duties as assigned QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of work experience Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment Work performed in a facility where temperatures may vary depending on seasonal conditions Exposure to moving mechanical equipment Standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand movements required throughout the shift Moderate noise levels typical of a production setting Physical Requirements Regular use of hands and fingers to handle tools, materials, and equipment Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to perform close visual inspection of parts and finished products Why Join Us Be part of a team that manufactures high-quality products Work in a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the production team Equal Opportunity Employer Engineered Corrosion Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
